Krysten LeFavour Selected as Program Chair at ITLA 2023

Krysten M. LeFavour with Craig, Kelley and Faultless Selected as Program Chair at Indiana Trial Lawyers Association’s 2023 Worker’s Compensation Seminar

Craig, Kelley & Faultless is excited to announce attorney Krysten LeFavour has the honor of being selected as program chair for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association’s 2023 Worker’s Compensation Seminar on Friday, June 9, 2023.

Krysten LeFavour has worked with the team of attorneys at Craig, Kelley & Faultless on personal injury cases over the past 15 years. In addition, she is a former hearing judge with the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Board serving from 2007‑2018. Krysten currently handles cases involving serious injury and wrongful death in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Krysten is a fierce advocate for injured workers and those injured by the negligence of others. Krysten also has experience in resolving post‑settlement challenges, including liens and subrogation interests with ERISA plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Krysten was recently selected to sit on the Board of Directors for the Kids’ Chance of Indiana, an organization that provides scholarships to children who lost their parents in an accident or children of catastrophically injured workers. Krysten was formerly the recipient of the Outstanding Female Leader Award. She was recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers as an Indiana Super Lawyer. Krysten has not only been named a 2023 Indiana Super Lawyer this year, but she was named as a Rising Star Honoree attorney from 2016 to 2019.

Topics for this Workers Compensation Seminar will include case law updates, statutory updates, permanent partial impairment (PPI) guidelines, arising out of employment findings, as well as information for attorney fee’s on future medical. The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association explains, “This quick refresher on worker’s compensation law will assist any practitioner with keeping up with the latest changes and trends in the law.”
