David Craig, Scott Faultless, and William J. Kelley, II, of Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC will speak at the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association’s 33rd Annual Lifetime Achievement Webinar on May 19-20, 2021.

David Craig is speaking on Key Things to Keep in Mind When Hired to Handle a Semi Wreck Case.  William (BJ) Kelley’s topic is on What to Do When You are Getting Hosed by the Carrier: A Follow-Up on the Alabama Sanctions Article in the Most Recent Verdict Magazine.  And, Scott Faultless, who is on the Executive Committee of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, will talk about Withdrawing Medical Bills.

Earlier this year, all three were once again selected by their peers for inclusion in the 27th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America® 2021 in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.  They were also, once again, named Indiana Super Lawyers in 2021.

Both David Craig and Scott Faultless are frequent speakers at national conferences, sit on the Board of Regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and are two of less than 50 lawyers in the nation to qualify to be board certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  All three have been recognized as three of the top trial lawyers in Indiana by The National Trial Lawyers Association.  David Craig is the author of Semitruck Wreck, A Guide for Victims and Their Families.  He is also the host of the podcast, After the Crash, and the author of the blog, After the Crash.
