Krysten LeFavour is a personal injury attorney who serves Of Counsel with Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC. Krysten manages personal injury cases while they are in the pre-litigation department at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC, before suit is filed with the Court. Krysten also handles worker’s compensation claims for clients of Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC. Having retired from the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board after serving as a Judge for 12 years, Krysten knows the needs of those injured while working. Krysten has also worked with Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC on numerous personal injury cases to help maximize settlement recoveries for clients and address post-settlement concerns.
“One of the things about Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC is that it’s not just a business to them,” Krysten says. “It’s about their clients, especially if you’ve had a serious injury or a wrongful death.”
Krysten understands the pain and anguish that people experience if they have been seriously injured or have lost a loved one in a preventable accident caused by someone else’s negligence. Krysten’s mother and stepfather were killed in a 2011 auto accident when an intoxicated driver crossed the center line and fatally injured them.
“To really go through that process gave me a better idea of how you feel in that moment,” she says. “For a lot of people, their lives have been turned upside down. If I hadn’t had Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC to help me through it, I don’t know if I would have been able to be there for my family. Having been through it myself, I know that those are scary times.”
Working as part of the dedicated legal team, Krysten focuses on the core mission at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC—to see that clients are fairly compensated for their losses and that the clients feel like they received attentive legal service and were taken care of by the law firm.
