Partners David Craig and Scott Faultless are honored that they have been invited to speak at the 35th Annual Indiana Trial Lawyers Association Lifetime Achievement Seminar on May 2 and 3, 2023. David Craig is speaking on Catching the Shipper Red-Handed in a Commercial Motor Vehicle Wreck Case and Scott Faultless, who is on the Executive Committee of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, will talk about Set-Off Provisions in Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury Coverage Cases (Craighead & Kearschner UIM Set Off Cases).
Earlier this year, both David and Scott were once again selected by their peers for inclusion in the 29th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America® 2023 in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. They were also, once again, named Indiana Super Lawyers in 2023. David and Scott have not only been named Indiana Super Lawyers honorees for more than 10 years but also, this year, David Craig was named among the Top 50: 2023 Indiana Super Lawyers List.
